Four of our top five articles this year (based on pageviews) covered one of the hottest issues in the trucking industry in 2017 — the ELD mandate. The other top story dealt with a new Wal-Mart initiative that punishes shippers for not delivering on time.

The top tweet this year (by number of impressions) highlighted a UPS Inc. program that involves electric tricycles delivering packages in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The second most-viewed tweet focused on a new NFI Industries warehouse in New Jersey, and No. 3 was a look at Nikola Motor’s progress on its new hydrogen-electric Class 8.
