Old Dominion to Open Six Service Centers in First Half of Year

Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. will open or remodel six service centers in the first half of 2019, the company said in a news release.

Responding to business growth and demand, Old Dominion will open new, relocated or remodeled facilities in Mobile, Ala.; Pompano Beach, Fla.; Houston; San Diego; Texarkana, Ark.; and Anaheim, Calif.

The less-than-truckload carrier said it searches for locations in growing markets where it has access to quality workers and plans to increase service center count and capacity throughout 2019.
