Trail King Names Joe Kolb as Its New President

Trailer manufacturer Trail King Industries appointed Joe Kolb as its next president, whose responsibility will be day-to-day operations of the company.

Kolb succeeds Bruce Yakley, who transitions to the CEO role, where he will continue to focus on serving Trail King’s customers as well as developing employees and strategic growth initiatives, according to the Mitchell, S.D.-based company.

Most recently, Kolb was vice president, supply chain, at Trail King.

“Joe has proven to be a consummate leader with a keen customer focus. He is uniquely qualified to lead and continue to grow the organization,” Yakley said in a statement. “Our sights continue to be set on manufacturing the highest quality trailers, exceeding dealer and customer expectations, and making Trail King the Dakotas’ employer of choice.”

Trail King designs and builds trailers with load capacities ranging from 12,000 to 1 million pounds, according to the company.
